Thursdays on the River is a free fall concert series held at the Riverwalk Outlets, with outdoor shows on the lawn every Thursday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Each week's concert has a different theme, and jazz is often a featured genre. Upcoming Thursdays on the River concerts that include jazz are Jazz and Blues Night (October 24, 2024), Jazz and Country Night (October 31), and Jazz and Blues Night once more for the final concert of the season on November 21, 2024. -

Another great event from the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, Hispanic Heritage Month Concert: Javier Olondo Quartet will be taking place on November 9, 2024. It's the final concert for this year's Hispanic Heritage Month series, with every event in the series free and open to the public. Note that seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's worth arriving early. -

Always a fun, family-friendly event, Beignet Fest is back once again at City Park on November 16, 2024. Enjoy a day filled with sweet treats, fun activities for kids, food trucks, artisan markets, and live, local music.
